This User Agreement explains the terms and guidelines for using FickTo, a mobile application designed to let you create personalized multi-panel comics through AI-powered plot branch generation. By downloading, installing, or using FickTo, you agree to comply with all the terms and guidelines outlined in this Agreement. FickTo is committed to providing a user-friendly, private, and enjoyable experience—we do not require account registration, we do not collect facial information or facial features, and we focus on ensuring you can use the App safely and freely to create and share your comic creations.
The App’s core functionality allows you to upload a single core image, select one of three plot branches, and let AI generate a customized multi-panel comic that aligns with your choice. This Agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities when using the App, as well as our commitments to protecting your privacy and ensuring the App functions smoothly.
FickTo is fully functional without any account registration, login, or personal identification process—this is a key feature designed to make the App accessible and private for all users. You do not need to provide an email address, phone number, username, password, or any other personal details to access or use any of the App’s core features. From the moment you open the App, you can immediately upload images, browse and select plot branches, generate comics, save your finished works to your device, and share them with others—all without creating an account or logging in.
Since we do not have an account system, we do not store any user-specific account data, personal profiles, or login information. Your use of the App is completely anonymous, and you have full control over your experience without any requirement to share personal information. This aligns with our privacy commitment to minimize data collection and protect your privacy at all times.
When using FickTo, you agree to act responsibly and comply with the following usage rules to ensure a positive experience for all users and to protect the App’s functionality:
First, you agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App to generate comics for commercial gain, such as selling the generated comics, using them for advertising, or distributing them for profit without our explicit permission. Second, you agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App’s performance, or interfere with other users’ ability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, using automated tools, bots, or third-party software to upload images, generate comics, or access the App’s features.
You also agree not to use the App to generate or share content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. This includes content that is violent, vulgar, discriminatory, harassing, or contains inappropriate imagery. Additionally, you agree not to use the App to violate the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other personal or intellectual property rights.
When you upload an image to FickTo, you agree to comply with the following guidelines regarding the images you provide, and you take full responsibility for the images you upload:
You warrant that you own all rights to the images you upload, or that you have obtained all necessary permission from the copyright owner or any other relevant parties to upload and use the images in connection with FickTo. You agree not to upload images that belong to others without their permission, or images that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
As we have emphasized in our Privacy Policy, FickTo does NOT collect, store, process, or use any facial information, facial features, facial biometrics, or facial recognition data from your uploaded images. When you upload an image, our AI system only performs basic object detection to identify the main subject of the image for the sole purpose of generating your comic. No facial features are extracted, saved, or used in any way—your facial information remains completely private and secure.
You agree not to upload images that contain sensitive, illegal, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to images of minors, violent or graphic content, illegal activities, or content that violates public morality. We reserve the right to restrict access to the App or block the generation of comics if you upload images that violate these guidelines.
FickTo may offer optional in-app purchases and subscription services to unlock additional features, such as high-definition comic generation, watermark-free comics, or access to more plot branches. By making an in-app purchase or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through the app store platform you used to download FickTo. We do not receive, store, or process any of your payment information, including credit card details, bank account information, or payment history—all payment processing is handled by the app store platform, and their terms and conditions apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription through the app store platform before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription, including canceling auto-renewal, through the settings of your device or the app store platform. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or already generated comics, unless required by the app store platform’s refund policies.
Unlocked features are only available for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to these premium features, but any comics you generated while subscribed will remain saved on your device.
When you use FickTo to generate a comic, you retain full ownership and usage rights to the generated comic. You may save the comic to your device, share it with friends, family, or on social media platforms, and use it for personal purposes as you wish.
We do not claim any ownership rights to the comics you generate. We do not store your generated comics on our servers unless you choose to share them manually—all generated comics are saved locally on your device, giving you full control over your creations. You agree not to use the generated comics in any way that violates this Agreement, third-party rights, or any applicable guidelines.
We reserve the right to use anonymous, non-identifiable examples of generated comics for the purpose of promoting FickTo, such as in app previews, marketing materials, or user testimonials. We will never use any generated comic that contains identifiable personal information or facial features without your explicit permission.
To ensure the App remains functional and secure for all users, you agree not to engage in the following activities when using FickTo:
If you violate these usage restrictions, we reserve the right to restrict your access to the App, block your ability to generate comics, or remove any content that violates this Agreement—all without prior notice.
We may occasionally update FickTo to improve functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance user experience. These updates may be automatic or require you to download and install the latest version of the App. By using FickTo, you agree to accept these updates, as they may be necessary to ensure the App functions properly.
We may also modify this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the App’s functionality or our usage guidelines. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. The updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication within the App. By continuing to use FickTo after the Agreement is updated, you agree to comply with the revised terms.
