This Subscription Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the optional subscription services offered by FickTo, a mobile application that allows users to create personalized multi-panel comics through AI-powered plot branch generation. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our premium subscription services, you agree to comply with all the terms and guidelines outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement is supplementary to the FickTo User Agreement and Privacy Policy, and by subscribing, you also confirm your acceptance of those documents.
FickTo offers Subscription Services to enhance your user experience, providing access to additional features that are not available in the free version of the App. This Agreement clearly outlines the details of the Subscription Services, including what you can expect from your subscription, how payments are processed, how subscriptions renew, and how you can manage or cancel your subscription.
FickTo’s Subscription Services are designed to provide you with an enhanced comic creation experience, unlocking premium features that expand your creative options. When you subscribe to our services, you will gain access to the following premium benefits:
All Subscription Services are available for the duration of your active subscription period. The App does not require account registration or login, so your subscription will be linked to the device you used to make the purchase, allowing you to access premium features on that device without logging in.
FickTo offers flexible subscription packages to suit different user needs, with pricing displayed clearly within the App at the time of purchase. The available subscription packages may include:
All subscription prices are displayed in the currency of your device’s app store region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be announced within the App prior to the start of your next subscription period, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue at the new price. We reserve the right to add or remove subscription packages, or adjust the features included in each package, with prior notice to users.
All subscription payments are processed directly through the app store platform you used to download FickTo. We do not receive, store, or process any of your payment information, including credit card details, bank account information, billing addresses, or payment history. All payment processing is handled by the app store platform, and their terms and conditions, as well as their privacy policies, apply to your payment.
When you subscribe, the app store platform will charge your selected payment method for the full subscription price at the time of purchase. By initiating a subscription, you authorize the app store platform to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees, as outlined in the subscription package you select.
All FickTo subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the automatic renewal before the end of the current period. This ensures that you can continue to enjoy the Subscription Services without interruption.
To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, you must do so through the app store platform you used to make the purchase. The process for cancellation varies by platform, but generally involves accessing your device’s settings, navigating to the app store subscriptions section, and selecting “Cancel Subscription” for FickTo. We do not have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf, as all subscription management is handled directly by the app store platform.
If you cancel the automatic renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period, and you will lose access to the premium features once the current subscription period expires. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your current subscription period after cancellation.
When you subscribe to FickTo’s Subscription Services, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the premium features for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not share your subscription access with others, including but not limited to family members, friends, or other users, unless explicitly permitted by the app store platform’s terms.
Your subscription is linked to the device you used to make the purchase. If you switch devices, you may need to restore your subscription through the app store platform on your new device to regain access to premium features. We do not guarantee that subscription access will be available on multiple devices simultaneously, as this is determined by the app store platform’s policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate this Agreement, the FickTo User Agreement, or the app store platform’s terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Subscription Services for commercial purposes, sharing subscription access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the App’s functionality.
Refunds for FickTo subscriptions are handled exclusively by the app store platform you used to make the purchase. We do not process refunds directly. The app store platform’s refund policies apply to all subscription purchases, and refunds will be granted only in accordance with those policies.
Generally, refunds are only available for accidental purchases, technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Subscription Services, or if the App is unable to function properly on your device. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, or if you simply change your mind after purchasing a subscription. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact the app store platform directly to submit a refund request.
We may occasionally update or modify the Subscription Services, including adding new premium features, removing features, or adjusting the terms of the subscription. Any significant changes to the Subscription Services will be announced within the App at least 7 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Subscription Services after the changes take effect, you agree to the modified terms.
We may also update this Subscription Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the Subscription Services or our policies. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. The updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon publication within the App. By continuing to use the Subscription Services after the Agreement is updated, you agree to comply with the revised terms.
